REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At ScentsZilla, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please refer to the following policy for returns and exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges for any product you’re not satisfied with.
Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of order delivery.
The product must have at least 90% of its contents remaining in the bottle to be eligible for return or exchange.
All return/exchange requests will be processed within 3-5 working days after receiving your request.
Delivery charges are non-refundable for returned or exchanged orders.
Customers are responsible for paying delivery charges for exchanged orders.
Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are not refundable as they are designed exclusively for testing fragrances.
Orders exceeding Rs.10,000 are not refundable. These can only be exchanged.
If your product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, we will cover the delivery charges for its return or exchange.
